Accountability Group Resources for Success

Posted by Rebecca Nagel on

My theory in obtaining your healthy lifestyle goals is that there is not one solution for every person.  We are all made differently.  We are unique.  We have our own strengths and our own challenges and so what may work for me may not necessarily work for you. However, one thing that I know for sure is that accountability groups work.  When you are working with a team comprised of people that have similar goals and you feel that you are somewhat responsible to them for their success as well as yours, good things are bound to happen.    ...

When you are restricting the amount of consumed calories per day so that you can lose weight, it's so important that you are getting enough nutrition.  Last year when I was doing my 21 day Fix diet plan, this was the thing that stood out to me the most.  When you do this diet, you receive several different color-coded containers along with a book that outlines your specific needs.  Each container represents a food category- proteins, carbs, fruits, veggies, etc.  It has a chart that shows you how many of each container you are allowed each day. I was telling a...
